Return & Refund Policy

We accept product returns. Our return policy allows customers to request a return within 30 business days of delivery without needing to provide a reason, as long as the product meets our return conditions.

1. Free Returns (Unused Products)

Customers may request a free return within thirty (30) days of purchase (or delivery, if later) if the product is unopened, unactivated, or unused, with all original packaging and accessories intact. A valid proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) is required.

If the product has a manufacturing defect or an issue caused by UBHOME, customers may contact our after-sales service team within 30 days of purchase for a free return and full refund, including return shipping costs.

For refunds, a transaction fee will apply:

  • 3.8% for credit card & Klarna payments
  • 3.49% for PayPal payments

How to Return a Product

  • Our team will verify if your order qualifies for a return.

If eligible, you’ll receive step-by-step return instructions, including:

  • Proper packaging guidelines
  • Required components/accessories (must be original and complete)
  • Confirmed return address

Refund Process

1. Refund Issuance
  • Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
  • Refunds typically reflect in your account within 15 business days, depending on your payment provider.
  • If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days:
  1. Check your bank or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your payment provider (credit card company, PayPal, etc.), as processing times may vary.

Order Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Eligibility
  • In-Stock Products: May be canceled before shipment or production begins.
  • Pre-Order Products: May be canceled before production or shipment begins, subject to specific product terms listed on the UBHOME Store.
  • Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase will not incur any fees.
  • If your order hasn't shipped, you may still cancel it, but a transaction fee will apply (varies by country and payment platform).
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
